About Hud. Products
Where are Hud. skincare products manufactured?
Hud. skincare cosmetics are manufactured in Sweden – Stockholm.
Who formulates Hud. products?
All Hud. formulas are made by our in-house team of bio-chemists and materials-chemists in our own lab.
Are your products safe to use?
Every product underwent an extensive safety assessment and dermatology testing before launching.
Will Hud. Skincare products give me an allergic reaction?
Our products are produced in an safe environment where cross-contamination is not possible. But still we do use natural components in our formulas so if you do have concerns about allergies, please read carefully our ingredient lists in our product pages.
Always discuss these matters with a doctor and we recommend you always perform a patch test on hidden skin first.
Are the fragrances in the products natural and safe?
We do not use any synthetic fragrances in our products. Our signature light scents are 100% natural and its toxicology is approved.
Do Hud. skincare products contain only natural products?
Yes, Hud. products are free of skin irritants including parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, PEGs, mineral oils, sulphates, silicones, GMOs, and synthetic colours and fragrances.
Are all the products vegan?
We only use pure plant-based oils and extracts!
Our products are scientifically formulated with 100% natural ingredientes that suit all skin types and conditions. The entire product range doesn’t contain any animal products or derivatives. Also, you’ll find no lanolina, beeswax, emu oil, honey or any other animal product in our formulas.
What is the brand policy on animal testing?
We only test our formulas on willing, recompensated humans!
Hud. does not test on animals and we have a very strict cruelty free policy, meaning that we only work with suppliers that are compliant with these terms.
Are the product’s containers eco-friendly?
Of course, we try to keep ou carbon foorprint as low as possible which means that we ultilize only eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials.
Every jar or container is 100% recyclable and some of the packagings are even biodegradable.
Are Hud. products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
While each ingredient has been tested and is considered safe for topical application, when pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended to avoid any skincare products containing retinoids.
Please contact your doctor before using any beauty product available on the market.
What is the expire date of your products?
All Hud. products will last up to 24 months unopened from date of manufacture and 6 to 12 months once opened.
Please consult the period-after-opening symbol to be sure. This can be found on the side of the box, as well as on the product itself.
How do I store the products?
We recommend storing all of our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Note that refrigerating our products will not enhance their longevity.
Can you send me samples?
As a general rule, we don’t offer samples of our products. From time to time, we may have some samples available so please contact us if your interested.

What do I do If I want a product, but it’s out of stock?
Waiting sucks, but don’t worry, it won’t be long!

Shipping
Which countries does Hud. ship to?
We offer shipping to United States of America at this point in time.
If you would like to arrange an order but your country is not currently being serviced please contact us.
When can I expect my order?
It will depend on which postage and handling option you selected at check out. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Hud. ships via FedEx SmartPost for all domestic packages. For Alaska will be via USPS.
The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays and restocks, this time may vary.
Hud. is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
What are the shipping and handling charges?
$2.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA.
Can you ship to multiple adresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate split shipments. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
Refund and Return Policy
Do you offer a refund/return policy?
Yes, you can return any item within 13 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed and unused.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at customerservice@hud.com to discuss your return or exchange prior to sending your items back to us.
How can I get my refund, if elegible?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also to confirm our deny your right for a refund.
If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 2-3 days to process.
Why am I not receiving my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially in your account.
Next contact your bank. Often, there’s some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@hud.com
Can I exchange my items?
Hud. only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@hud.com
Do you cover shipping costs for exchanges?
You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so tracking or insurance services may be needed for the items safety.
